Desired Profile

  • Should take charge of New Lead generation.
  • Strong follow up for orders, payments and relationship management with customer, customer evaluation and customer segregation according to relevant field.
  • Managing sales documentation such as Quotations, Performa invoice, Delivery notes etc.
  • Sound Knowledge of Taxes & Duties applicable.
  • Handle customer complaints/queries and request responsibly
  • Manage sales force
  • Follow tight deadlines and sales targets.
  • Understand the technical side of the products.
  • Must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • Preparing Daily reports / Weekly reports / Monthly reports.
  • Coordinating with - out stationed sales candidates, maintaining their daily sales reports, etc.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Must Have:
- Candidate must have experience in Field sales force management
- Should be able to handle generate new leads
- Be aggressive in cold calling and handing meetings
- Closely follow sales target
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Mandatory (Stainless Steel expertise)

  • Develop a thorough understanding of market condition (eg. Potential customer, competitors)in assigned territory & develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Preparation of action plans for effective search of new sales leads
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by attending their complaints and providing activities and handling sales.
  • Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of customer.
  • Creatively develop new applications for product lines.
  • The candidate should possess good negotiating, presentation and argumentation skills.
  • Develop a high level of product knowledge. (Stainless Steel products)

Must Have:

We need a trainer who can train team in handling Sales call. Role would include:
- Create Sales pitch for B2b customers
- Understand the sales process throughly and then design training content
- Train team in objection handling, voice, script, common pitfalls, etiquette, language etc.
- Monitor call volumes and recordings
- Give feedback and work on improving sales call experience
- Create training manual and guidelines

  • The person should be ready to work on engineering projects such as new building constructions, machine repair and maintenance, new installations etc.
  • Should assist Director in his daily work, communication and follow up
  • To complete assignments allotted by the Director on timely basis.
  • To take initiatives and handle the work independently.
  • To identify new vendors, suppliers and clients and maintain relationship with them
  • Should help Director in overall strategic planning for better business growth.

Must have :

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in order to be able to talk with manufacturing personnel and delegate engineering activities.
  • Should know how to read schematics and technical drawings.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Should be open for plant visits.
  • Candidate should be B.E. - Production or Mechanical or Operations.

Expected Qualifications - Chartered Accountanct (ICAI) preferred/Inter CA; B.Com from reputed college.

  • Candidate having experience in handling analytical operations of plant in a manufacturing company.
  • Candidate should have experience of working on multiple products, multiple machineries & at multiple locations.
  • Should be responsible for planning, preparing , updating & monitoring of dashboardsfor various departments.
  • Keeping track of dashboards of various departments, for performance management.
  • Day to day interaction with various departments and with the Managing Directors.
  • Interacting with all the department heads and stake holders for devising cost control strategies.
  • Create new formats for MIS reports/ dashboards etc.
  • Generating summarized analytical reports/ statistics reports for Management reviews.
  • Monitoring product wise costing on monthly basis.

  • Sales candidates should have experience in Online Marketing / Exports / Data collection through email communication.
  • Collecting data through multiple sources. Controlling and managing multiple online portals and updating Company’s information regularly.
  • Lead generation through database creation (through Google search and trade websites such as India mart, trade India etc.)
  • Prompt reply on enquiries generated either through email or telephone.
  • Should prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • He/ She must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • Required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  • Closely follow sales target.

Must Have:

  • Expertise in oral & written English communication skills.
